Magnetic Core Cut-Off Wheels for Cutting and Slotting

RECORE magnetic core cut-off wheels are developed for cutting and slotting amorphous alloy cores, nanocrystalline cores, ferrite cores, permalloy cores, sendust or Fe-Si-Al cores, silicon-steel cores and current-transformer components. The resin-bonded wheel is selected to deliver a sharp, stable cut while helping control edge damage, heat marks and dimensional variation. Diameters from 150 to 355 mm are available, including thin 0.3 mm options and custom slot widths up to 6 mm for specialized core geometries.
